Pharmaceutical PVC

This is specially developed PVC for producing blister packs. A high security hologram is applied as a thin stripe along the machine direction with its position adjusted to the gap between cavities. The PVC meets all the specificat-toxic and blocks entry to unwanted vapours and odours. This can be easily used on all the standard blister-packaging machines.

Face Material : Polymer surface on PVC.
Substrate: PVC.
Adhesive: Second side coated with heat lacquer (3-5 gsm).
Dwell-time : 0.05 - 0.2.
Delivery: Supplied slit to requirement (max width 300 mm, max roll diameter 300 mm on 76 mm cores.)
Applications: Tablet strip foil for & push through tablet packing.
